Customer Reviews
Good citrus, minor packaging issue
I ordered a Meyer Lemon Tree. It arrived healthy and a good size for the price. The packaging was mostly good, keeping the soil contained. However, one small branch had bent during transit, nothing major but it could have been prevented with a bit more support inside the box. Customer service was responsive when I asked about care instructions for it, so that was a plus. Overall, a solid purchase, just a small detail in the packing could be improved.
My new plants are amazing!
I just received my order of Butterfly Bushes and they are absolutely beautiful! They arrived so quickly and were packed perfectly, like they were traveling first class. Each plant was so healthy and vibrant. I can't wait to get them in the ground and see them bloom. I will definitely be ordering all my plants from here from now on. You guys are the best!
Got my Hydrangea just fine
I ordered a Hydrangea a couple weeks ago. It got here pretty quickly, like, within a week. The plant looked healthy when it arrived, no broken branches or anything. Potted it up and it's doing well. Easy peasy experience, no complaints from me.
Good plant, quick delivery
Ordered a Knock Out Rose. It arrived well-packaged and healthy. Delivery was fast, took about 4 days to reach my home in Florida. Happy with the purchase.
Decent value for azaleas
I was looking for some Encore Azaleas and found them here. The price was competitive, especially after I signed up for their newsletter for 10% off. The plants arrived in good shape, carefully packed. Felt like a good deal compared to my local nursery, which often charges more for smaller plants. Overall, I got what I paid for and saved a bit.
Consistent quality, fast shipping
This is my third time ordering from Plants by Mail. I got some Camellias this time, just like I got some Loropetalum last year. The plants always arrive in excellent condition, well-rooted and robust. Shipping is consistently quick; my order came in 5 days to Denver, which is what I've come to expect. It's why I keep coming back for more plants. They are reliable.

I'm looking at some hydrangeas but also really want some butterfly bushes. Can I use the newsletter signup discount AND a butterfly bush promo code together?
I signed up for the newsletter but didn't get a discount code right away. Is there usually a first order discount or did I miss something?
does plants by mail have any kind of military discount? my husband is a vet and we're looking to landscape our new place.
how long does shipping usually take to like, california? wanna get some plants for my mom's birthday but don't want them to show up late.
What if my plant arrives looking kinda sad or even dead? Is there a guarantee or am I just out of luck?
